What we have done to make this site usable, and how to tell us when it is not.
Our aim
We are working to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Anyone should be able to find help here, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
What we have done
Text meets contrast minimums against its background. Headings follow a real hierarchy. Forms use labels rather than placeholder text alone. Everything works by keyboard with a visible focus state.
Motion
We respect the reduced motion setting on your device and turn animation off when you have asked for that.
Where we fall short
Embedded YouTube video and the payment module are third-party and we do not fully control their accessibility. Captions on older videos are pending.
